For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

What this Site collects

This Site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking, and it does not set cookies. It has no accounts, sign-in, or web forms. The demo pages show draft responses that were generated in advance from public USPTO records; the serial number you type on the demo page is checked in your browser to open one of those pages and is not sent to us.

Hosting

This Site is hosted by Cloudflare. To serve the Site securely and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes standard connection data when you visit, including your IP address, information about your browser, network, and device, and the pages and files you request (including any demo documents you download). Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in its privacy policy.

Fonts

This Site serves font files from and renders fonts using Google Fonts. To properly display the Site to you, Google may receive personal information about you, including information about your browser, network, or device, information about this Site and the page you're viewing on it, and your IP address.

Email

When you email us — for example, to request access to RE:ACTION — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it to respond to you and to follow up about your request. Our email runs on Google Workspace, so Google processes it as our email provider. We do not sell your contact information.
